As Talent Acquisition Manager, Local Operations (CEE & Baltics), you’ll lead recruitment for one of Bolt’s most dynamic and fast-moving functions. You’ll partner with regional and country stakeholders to ensure continuity and excellence in hiring, combining hands-on delivery with leadership of a talented recruitment team. This role focuses on building pipelines, shaping hiring strategies, and providing an exceptional candidate experience for the teams that power Bolt’s success in the region.
