• <point>Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, able to align leaders and navigate complex organisations.</point>
• <point>Expertise in HR technology, LMS platforms, and workflow automation (experience with AI-driven solutions is a strong advantage).</point>
• <point>Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and communication skills, with an analytical mindset to translate data into insights and improvements.</point>
