About The Role

We’re looking for a QA Lead to lead the quality assurance function across Sky Mavis. You’ll own QA for multiple areas — including Ronin wallet, marketplace, and games — ensuring our products ship with the highest standards of reliability, usability, and security.

This role requires both strategic leadership and hands-on experience. You will build and scale QA practices, balance manual and automation testing, and establish processes that enable fast iteration without sacrificing quality.

What You’Ll Do

• Lead the QA function across wallet, marketplace, and game products, managing overall product quality.
• Define and implement QA strategy, including both manual and automation testing frameworks.
• Establish best practices in test planning, execution, and reporting to ensure releases are reliable and fast.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Design to embed QA early in the development lifecycle.
• Build dashboards and metrics that measure and communicate product quality across teams.
• Hire, coach, and develop QA engineers; scale the team as product and business needs grow.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing, CI/CD pipelines, and release readiness.
• Act as the advocate for quality across the organization, raising the bar for how we build and ship software.

What We Look For

• 7+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a management role leading QA teams.
• Proven experience managing both manual and automation testing in fast-moving environments.
• Strong background in QA methodologies, test planning, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Hands-on expertise with automation frameworks, CI/CD integration, and QA tooling.
• Strong collaboration skills — ability to partner with engineers, PMs, and cross-functional teams to drive quality.
• Excellent communication skills across distributed teams and time zones.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance speed and quality.

Nice To Have

• Experience in gaming, marketplaces, or web3 products.
• Familiarity with wallet flows, blockchain transaction testing, or security testing in distributed systems.
• Experience scaling QA teams in high-growth companies.
