Senior Specialist, Product Innovation

About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Specialist, Product Innovation to join our Group Asset Management team at RHB Banking Group. This role is instrumental in shaping and enhancing our product offerings across Malaysia and the region. You will work across multiple teams to carry out comprehensive product research, manage regulatory requirements, and lead product development initiatives from ideation to launch. What you will be doing

• Carry out in-depth product research for both existing and new product initiatives across RHBAM, RHBIIAM, and RHBAM SG
• Conduct product and market analytics to support business decisions and senior management strategies
• Provide comprehensive product support including idea generation for marketing materials and presentations
• Work closely with AM Tribe, Investment Team, and Group AM Service Partner to craft and execute go-to-market strategies
• Manage regulatory approvals and end-to-end product documentation, from conceptualization to launch and post-launch updates
• Optimize customer journeys and ensure design consistency across touchpoints and squads
• Lead and coordinate documentation processes for fund development, restructuring, and regulator submissions (including deed, prospectus, product highlight sheets, and others)
• Organize unitholder meetings and liaise with internal, external, and regional stakeholders
• Coordinate legal due diligence and documentation with external counsel and partners
• Drive operational readiness and scaling strategies in collaboration with the Squad Lead
• Provide strategic recommendations for product pipeline planning and roadmap implementation

Assist in preparing high-level marketing materials and CEO-level presentations

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in product development, asset management, or a related financial services field
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
