We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our HR team and help us scale our people operations as we grow. This is a unique opportunity to be the second member of our HR team, working directly with our HR Manager to build recruiting infrastructure, streamline hiring processes, and create the operational backbone that will support our rapidly expanding team.
In this role, you'll split your time between recruitment coordination (scheduling interviews, managing candidate pipelines, coordinating with hiring managers) and HR operations (onboarding new hires, developing SOPs, and supporting day-to-day HR administration). You'll be instrumental in creating systems and processes that will scale with us as we continue to grow.

Recruitment Coordination (60%)
- Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones for various roles including sales, marketing, production, and trading positions
- Manage candidate communication throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate reviews to support the HR Manager and hiring managers
- Coordinate multi-round interview processes with hiring managers and C-suite executives
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment dashboards
- Support job posting creation and distribution across multiple channels
Hr Operations & Administration (40%)
- Lead and improve the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth transitions from offer acceptance to day one and beyond
- Develop, document, and maintain HR SOPs and processes as we scale
- Support HR administrative tasks including employee documentation, file management, and HRIS maintenance
- Assist with employee inquiries and serve as a point of contact for HR-related questions
- Partner with the HR Manager on special projects to improve people operations
- Help build scalable systems and processes that will grow with the company
Required Experience & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting coordination, people operations, or a related role
- Proven experience scheduling and coordinating complex interview processes across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
- Process-oriented mindset with a passion for building scalable systems
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Background in recruiting or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with onboarding and employee lifecycle management
- Experience creating SOPs or process documentation
- Knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
- Experience with Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS platforms
