As an MBA Finance Intern in Gallo’s Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP), you’ll dive into a 10-week experience designed to challenge and inspire. You’ll tackle high-impact projects that mirror the responsibilities of full-time employees, working on questions at the intersection of finance and strategy, like optimizing pricing strategies during inflation or evaluating celebrity partnerships. These assignments aren’t just theoretical—they’re opportunities to bring your expertise to solve real business challenges, all while collaborating with supportive peers and leaders in a dynamic industry.
Your internship is more than a summer job; it’s a direct pathway to Gallo’s full-time MBA Finance SLDP. This rotational program accelerates your leadership development through exposure to strategic projects in areas such as Corporate Strategy, Brand Finance, Operations, Revenue Management, and Wine & Grape Supply. With each role lasting 12–24 months, you’ll have the chance to take ownership, drive results, and grow your expertise. What You'Ll Need
- Currently enrolled in the first year of an MBA program from a Tier 1 Business School as defined in the Strategic Finance Leadership Development Program.
- Three years of full-time work experience prior to beginning your MBA.
- Experience in effectively presenting information to top management groups.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
- Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How You'll Stand Out
- MBA Concentration in Finance or Strategy.
- Prior relevant experience in Consumer Products, Agribusiness, or Consulting.

- Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
