The Opportunity:

  • We’re on the lookout for a Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic ITS- AI team and lead the design and delivery of transformative AI solutions. If you're passionate about building intelligent systems that are scalable, secure, and drive firm value — this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

Day To Day You Will:

  • Architect and implement advanced AI systems using LLMs, RAG, NLP, and MLOps on platforms like Azure, Copilot Studio, and KPMG Workbench.
  • Build and deploy intelligent copilots and AI services with robust CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and monitoring tools.
  • Seamlessly integrate AI with enterprise platforms including M365, APIs, and data platforms, ensuring top-tier security and performance.
  • Champion Trusted AI governance — from bias assessments to explainability and audit logging.
  • Lead technical efforts within cross-functional delivery teams, shape product roadmaps, and support pre-project work with solution design and estimation.
  • Mentor engineers, drive technical excellence, and develop reusable assets and accelerators.

About You:

  • Deep expertise in AI/ML engineering, with 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise-grade AI architecture and deployment.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (especially Azure), M365 integrations, and modern development practices.
  • A passion for ethical AI, with a track record of implementing governance frameworks.
  • Proven leadership in technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centric design.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, agile environment
