The opportunity
Unity is looking for a highly experienced Channel Partner Account Manager to join our growing Channel Partnerships organization in Korea. In this role, you will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with some of the most influential companies in the region, delivering Unity’s leading solutions to world-class clients.
As the regional channel sales champion, you will foster end-to-end partner relationships, drive outstanding reseller account management practices, and accelerate incremental revenue growth. Core to your success will be collaborating with our reselling partners to establish business goals, align on performance metrics (e.g., sales pipeline depth and revenue generation), and contribute to Unity’s continued success in key industries.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact, influencing both short-term gains and long-term strategic growth. You will work alongside an innovative and collaborative team, playing an active role in shaping the future of Unity’s channel partnerships in Korea and across APAC.
What you'll be doing
- Manage key channel partners in Korea to drive revenue growth and expand long-term strategic relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, working closely with sales and business development teams to align on growth initiatives.
- Lead annual business planning and regular performance reviews to ensure accountability and delivery against KPIs.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies, including partner enablement and co-marketing programs.
- Support partners in building value-added solutions and contribute to shaping Unity’s broader channel strategy in APAC.
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in channel/partner sales, with demonstrated ability to sell with and through partners.
- Experience in SaaS (Software as a Service) Sales
- Strong business Acumen - Ability to drive immediate revenue while shaping long-term partner growth, esp. in industrial sectors
- Sales experience in industrial sectors such as automotive, aerospace, construction, engineering, or manufacturing.
