About The Role:

In this highly collaborative role, you’ll enable technology and agency partners through technical training and resources. Additionally, you will collaborate across internal teams to establish best practices for integrations. Act as a trusted technical advisor for partners and internal stakeholders alike.
This role also requires occasional travel, estimated at 10%-20% of the time.

About The Team:

You will be joining our 6-person Sales Engineering team in North America, which is an integral part of our 13-person global pre-sales Sales Engineering unit and collaborate closely with our Partnership, Product & Engineering and Customer Success. Reporting to the Regional Lead AMER, Sales Engineering, your responsibilities have two core components: driving the technical validation for key sales cycles and building relationships with key technical stakeholders in our strategically most important clients.

Your Tasks And Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical onboarding, training, and guidance to partners to ensure successful launches of their first projects with Talon.One
  • Help technology and agency partners rapidly build integrations with Talon.One, ensuring best-in-class practices and solution quality
  • Create and maintain demo environments, solution briefs, FAQs, and other technical assets to support both Talon.One teams and partners
  • Work with Partner Managers, Product, and Customer Success to define and standardize enablement processes, guidelines, and integration frameworks
  • Assist Sales teams in evaluating the right integration pathway for prospects (connector, partner solution, or custom integration) and provide supporting technical content
  • Train Talon.One Sales and Customer Success teams on partner solutions, connectors, and GTM use cases
  • Represent partner needs internally, advocate for integration priorities, and influence the product roadmap
  • Consult with partners on integration design, data flows, and technical architectures, ensuring long-term scalability and reliability

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Strong technical background with experience in solution design or integration
  • Proven experience working in a customer- or partner-facing technical role
  • Hands-on experience integrating with systems such as payment, CDP, CRM, CEP, or eCommerce platforms
  • Ability to perform code-level debugging and problem-solving for enterprise-scale integrations
  • Strong communication skills: able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Empathetic, collaborative, and consultative work style
  • Experience supporting or enabling large enterprise customers or partners
  • Intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills with the ability to think on your feet

The estimated total compensation for this role is $175,000 - $225,000, though actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and location. The salary range is subject to change and may be adjusted at any time.
