The Role
As the CRM & Rev Ops Manager at INFINIT, you will own, optimize, and scale our CRM strategy. This role will ensure our HubSpot platform is fully leveraged to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while enabling sales, marketing, and customer success teams to perform at their best.

What Do We Want To Achieve Together?

  • Hubspot configuration and management - Maintain and optimize Hubspot platform to support outreach growth sales/CSM agent efficiency
  • Marketing Automation and Campaign Management - Develop and implement automation workflows to enhance customer engagement and staff efficiency using HubSpot.
  • Segment audiences and tailor marketing efforts to different customer personas.
  • Performance Monitoring and Analysis:Analyze outbound campaign performance using HubSpot’s analytics tools and provide feedback to the team.
  • Offer data-driven recommendations and insights to management to improve marketing efforts, ROI, and staff performance.
  • Training and SupportProvide training and ongoing support to team members on HubSpot best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HubSpot features, updates, and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with Sales, CSM teams to ensure alignmentCollaborate with others departments to ensure seamless implementation of strategies
  • Partner with the content team to track performance and effectiveness of sales strategies and improve them.

What Do You Need To Be Successful In This Role?

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Hubspot
  • SQL knowledge required
  • Python desirable 
  • Hubspot certifications in Sales and service (Marketing is a plus)
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor and assess campaign performance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to collaboratively manage projects with Sales, CSM teams
