Role Overview

We’re looking for a Pipeline & Progression Programs Manager to join Adobe’s Strategic Partnership Program JAPAC team. In this role, you’ll shape and deliver our enterprise sales processes, driving pipeline creation, accelerating deal progression, and embedding best practices for operational excellence. You’ll partner across teams to turn complex systems into clear, effective programs that help our people and customers succeed!

What You’Ll Do

  • Partner with leaders: Work closely with the SPP regional Director, regional leadership, and cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Partners, Enablement) to align on priorities and deploy resources effectively.
  • Generate and progress pipeline: Lead the design and execution of programs that create, prioritize, and progress opportunities across all stages of the pipeline.
  • Design and scale programs: Build and roll out best practices, tools, and frameworks for account planning, territory strategy, and pipeline management.
  • Enable change and collaboration: Act as a connector across regions and functions, supporting adoption of new systems, training, and communications.
  • Measure what matters: Define success metrics, track performance, and use insights to continuously improve pipeline velocity, coverage, and conversion.
  • Drive innovation: Use data, AI, and analytics to find new ways to make processes smarter, faster, and more impactful.
  • Success will be measured by: large deal pipeline creation and progression, time-to-close, close rate, and stakeholder alignment.


What's Needed to Succeed

  • Business and strategy expertise: Experience shaping business objectives, analysing programs, and creating actionable plans.
  • Collaboration and leadership: Skilled at building trust and influence across diverse, global, and senior-level teams.
  • Sales and program management know-how: Proven ability to design and deliver programs in sales operations, enablement, strategy, or business development. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles.
  • Analytical mindset: Comfortable with data and metrics to drive decisions and track impact. Able to simplify complex problems into clear solutions.
  • Curiosity and adaptability: Open to learning, resilient under pressure, and motivated by driving change in dynamic environments.
  • Practical problem-solving: Creative thinker with a collaborative style and the integrity to lead by example.
