In This Role, You Will:
- Analyze Data & Generate Insights – Dive into large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic planning.
- Develop Predictive Models & Algorithms – Build, refine, and optimize models that support decision-making across the organization.
- Apply Statistical Modeling & Machine Learning – Leverage advanced techniques to solve challenging business problems and drive innovation.
- Visualize & Communicate Results – Create compelling data visualizations and reports to clearly present complex findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with teams in engineering, marketing, operations, and product to ensure data initiatives align with company objectives.
- Mentor & Share Knowledge – Help develop team capabilities by sharing best practices and providing guidance to other data team members
- Innovate & Evolve – Stay on top of emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously enhance our data science practices.
What You’Ll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science) or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, AWS, Python, or R.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve varied and complex problems independently.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and desire to work across departments and mentor others.
Physical Requirements:
- Use of Fingers: Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with the whole hand or arm as in handling.

- The worker is subject to inside environmental conditions: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
