What is Project Symphony?
To advance us further along our journey to excellence at Integer Holdings Corporation, we are launching Symphony, a program that will implement an updated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and establish enterprise-wide standard processes and structure. This includes ensuring Symphony directly enables the Integer Production System, including elements such as the production monitoring and improvement process, and sales, inventory, and operations planning. The program will effect change across the company, which will have a direct impact on optimizing business processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and positioning Integer for continued success. Symphony is about having the right business processes in place supported by a single, modern, integrated ERP platform.
What you’ll do in this role:
The Master Data Lead will collaborate with experts and Integer leadership in developing and leading the master data framework and governance structure of master data processes within the ERP ecosystem. This role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across key business domains. The ideal candidate brings strong ERP experience, a solid understanding of data governance principles, and the ability to organize and lead small teams of cross-functional subject matter experts (SMEs).
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership:
- Develop through collaboration and implement the global master data framework in alignment with overall ERP and business transformation objectives.
- Serve as the advocate and subject matter expert in master data processes and standards.
- Governance and Compliance:
- Support and own the implementation of data governance policies, procedures, processes, and the software governance system as part of the ERP implementation.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external standards by implementing and following data stewardship programs.
- Data Management:
- Manage the master data records lifecycle (e.g., customer, vendor, material, product, chart of accounts).
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and KPIs; proactively resolve data related issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Align data definitions, hierarchies, and taxonomies through collaboration with business and IT teams.
- Team Management:
- Lead and coordinate the global team of master data analysts, stewards, and governance professionals representing their function during the project.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration to project actions and timelines.
- ERP & System Integration:
- Partner with ERP project teams to ensure master data readiness for new system implementations or upgrades.
- Support data migration, conversion, and validation activities related to ERP and digital transformation projects.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners to ensure unified master data requirements and business rules.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across functions to support enterprise data initiatives.
- Other relevant duties as assigned.
What Sets You Apart:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience:
- Skills:
- 7+ years of relevant experience in data management
- 3+ years in a management or team leadership role overseeing master data in an ERP environment.
- Deep expertise with one or more ERP systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
- Experience with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica, SAP MDG, Oracle DRM, SimpleMDG, Stibo Systems) is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and sales.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR) as they relate to data.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Certification in Data Management (e.g., CDMP, DGSP)
- Experience in global, multi-entity, multi-language environments
- Change management and process improvement certifications (e.g., Prosci, Lean Six Sigma)
Travel:
- This position may require 30% or more of your time traveling domestically and internationally to Integer manufacturing sites, customer sites, and supplier sites, as required.
- As such, you have a current passport and can secure appropriate visas, as required, for travel to international locations as specified.

Our compensation program includes base salary and a cash-based incentive program supporting our pay-for-performance philosophy. We provide a comprehensive benefits package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, and adoption benefits. Parental leave is available after one year. Optional employee-paid programs include supplemental life insurance, critical illness, hospital indemnity and accident insurance. Employees are immediately eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan with company matching contributions. We provide 80 hours (10 days) of company designated holidays per year plus an annual allotment of paid time off.
