Arbeidsoppgaver

Som Teamlead Service vil du ha ansvar for å koordinere og utvikle et teknisk team på ca. 7 personer. Rollen kombinerer ledelse og planlegging med nærhet til operativ drift. Dine hovedoppgaver blir:

• Planlegging, ressursstyring og koordinering av serviceoppdrag
• Daglig ledelse og oppfølging av teamet, inkludert kompetanseutvikling
• Sikre høy kvalitet, sikkerhet og effektivitet i leveransene
• Bistå i tekniske vurderinger, feilsøking og kundedialog ved behov
• Bidra til forbedring av prosesser og arbeidsrutiner
• Tett samarbeid med kunder, leverandører og intern ledelse

Kvalifikasjoner

• +3 års erfaring med teamledelse, koordinering eller prosjektledelse, helst i tekniske eller industrielle miljøer.
• Forståelse av service- og vedlikeholdsprosesser er en fordel.
• God kjennskap til MS Office.
• Gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
• Evne til å balansere ledelse, planlegging og operativ støtte.

• FøRerkort Klasse B.

• Strukturert og løsningsorientert, men fleksibel når det trengs

• Tydelig og god kommunikator som skaper tillit internt og eksternt

• Villig til å reise ved behov, men normalt basert på kontoret i Ulsteinvik eller Bergen
