Role
Accountable for short- and long-term Integrated Demand Planning process and team of demand planners for assigned categories. Responsible for driving and leading all end-to-end demand planning processes as part of monthly IBP process. Serve as a liaison between cross functional business partners to ensure that all forecasts are accurate and production deadlines are met. This position will need to drive improvements to current business practices and develop strong working relationships with business partners across Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance while delivering best in class forecast accuracy and Bias results. Position must maintain a strong working relationship with all constituents to ensure that changes and activities are managed on a timely and cost-effective basis.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the Demand Planning within our Integrated Business planning process for the MCCS BU
- Responsible for understanding consumption/shipment trends and category dynamics across all brands in business units to support and endorse total volume forecast.
- Responsible for identifying forecasting best practices and supporting supply chain continuous improvement.
- Manages team by placing value on discipline in execution of standard work, bias for action in delivery of KPI’s, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creates an environment of continuous improvement with emphasis placed on building a culture of personal ownership.
- Drive efficiencies within greater forecasting process by leveraging o9’s capabilities
- Ensure the forecast process is adhered to by all cross functional team members by following identified forecasting principles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years Supply Chain experience, preferred Demand Planning experience.
- Bachelor of Science or equivalent required - preferably in supply chain, operations, or related discipline. MBA preferred.
- SAP, o9, or other ERP/APS software experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required.
- Strong understanding of supply chain / demand planning principles, organization structures and key metrics.
- Possesses strong cross-functional leadership capability and able to influence a wide spectrum of stakeholders.
- The ability to lead and develop a team with a continuous improvement mindset while driving transformation of ways of working and demand planning KPIs.
- Strong people management skills that not only foster an environment of team success but individual accomplishments as well.
- Ability to work with Executive level stakeholders and influence decision making.

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$159,400.00 - $199,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
