Business Support Agent with Spanish (KONE Business Services)

Our Bratislava based Sell to Cash team is looking for a Business Support Agent with Spanish language to support KONE branches.

What will be your role?

In this role you will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless execution of contracting processes and data administration.

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:

• Validate and enter contractual data into the ERP system, that includes Customer & Equipment Master Data, Contracts and Billing
• Communicate effectively with your team and colleagues from different countries
• Embrace the principles of LEAN in a continuous improvement culture

Your Skills And Qualifications:

• Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data
• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment
• Aspiration to learn and develop
• Team player with ability to work autonomously
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Spanish (minimum C1-level) is a great advantage
• Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel
