Global Process Mining Lead (Fixed Term)

Role Overview:

The Global Process Mining lead will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, and controlling our enterprise-wide process mining initiative, including the process mining center of excellence (COE). In this role, the Global Process Mining Lead will work with teams across the Huntsman organization to drive Celonis process mining program. It is a temporary position with a fixed term contract basis of around 18 months.

Role Responsibilities:

As a Global Process Mining Lead you will be responsible for:  

• Promote and subsequently work with teams to plan and organize new process mining initiatives, including budgetary preparation (licenses, data connections, Cloud capacity) and cost tracking. 
• Enable current and future teams across the organization by facilitating training, data connections, workshops, and program delivery.  In the program delivery role, meet on a regular basis with group teams to ensure delivery and overall program execution success.  
• Manage the planning, execution, and control of the Global Process Mining COE to include both the activities the COE is responsible for and the multiple points of coordination.  In this capacity, take the lead role in forward-looking enablement and growth.  
• Manage the Data Engineering resources as part of enabling current and future team operation, including setting priorities, setting annual goals, performance evaluations, and general management functions. 
• Manager responsibilities, including goal setting, performance evaluations, task assignments, meeting deadlines, and overall employee management 
• Follows instructions and performs other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor. 
• Assists other employees in the accomplishment of Huntsman company goals. 
• Participates in and completes company-required training programs.

Experience And Competencies:

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong experience in a process mining leadership role, ideally with a multinational manufacturing organization  
• Experience rolling out and using the Celonis Enterprise Process Management (EPM) application in an SAP-based manufacturing environment  
• Experience identifying and delivering automation opportunities for the Celonis Action Flow engine 
• Demonstrated understanding of end-to-end business processes, to include each individual groups role in the end-to-end process  
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to work with team members from different areas of the world and with diverse cultural backgrounds-  
• Experience with the concept of Centers of Excellence 
• Must be open to periods of working a flexible schedule; for example, participating in meetings during non-business hours to connect with team members and team customers in different time zones 
• Willingness and ability to travel as and when required (< 10%) 
• Ability to both work and manage independently
