Manger – Investment Operations – Regulatory Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance & Reporting Ensure accurate and timely submission of EMIR transaction reports, with future scope to support MiFID, SFTR, and other regulatory regimes.
• Team & Stakeholder Collaboration Support Managers in achieving team objectives, contribute to business-wide initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Risk & Control Management Identify and mitigate operational risks through effective processes, controls, and use of technology.
• Process Improvement & Change Support Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and controls; support remediation efforts and regulatory/business-led change initiatives.
• Data Analysis & MI Reporting Conduct reconciliations, manage back-reporting exercises, and contribute to the preparation of management information and KPIs.
• Technical & Analytical Expertise Apply strong technical skills and attention to detail in a data-driven environment, ensuring high standards of accuracy and compliance.
• Professional Attributes Demonstrate flexibility, strong communication, time management, and a proactive approach to learning and task ownership

Experience:

• 4 to 6 years of overall experience with minimum of 3 years into Regulatory Reporting
• In-depth knowledge of EMIR Transaction Reporting is essential
• Familiarity with Positional Reporting and other regulatory frameworks is advantageous
• Strong understanding of Investment Management activities and related operational processes
• High level of literacy and numeracy, proficient in Excel, Word, and data analysis tools such as Power BI Systems & Tools
• Exposure to platforms used for data processing and reconciliation (e.g., Kaizen)
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory and business requirements

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Masters in Finance / Economics / Any Certification like FRM / CFA will be a plus
