Here’S What You Can Look Forward To:

Data & Analytics is a global function at MB Energy, delivering Business Intelligence, Data Science, AI solutions, and supporting infrastructure and training services worldwide. As a Working Student (m/f/d), you will assist the function leader in management tasks, contributing with data, insights, and communication to drive program management, performance tracking, and internal initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in program management, data quality, and organizational coordination, while providing valuable exposure to leadership and management within a dynamic BI & Data Science team.

Your Tasks In A Nutshell:

• Program Management & Transparency: You maintain an overview of D&A projects and their status on a bi-weekly basis in collaboration with department leadership.
• Monthly Forecasting: You assist in preparing and managing monthly financial and non-financial forecasting sessions.
• Data Quality Management: Yu support data quality initiatives and enhance internal controlling tools for tracking financial and non-financial performance.
• Communication Planning & Execution: You create and manage communication materials, such as intranet articles and SharePoint pages, to ensure effective information sharing.
• Meeting Preparation: You organize and prepare internal meetings, including department meetings, leadership meetings, offsites, and knowledge-sharing sessions (e.g., brown bag events).
• Action Item Follow-Ups: You track and follow up on smaller action items, such as permission automation tasks.

What Helps You To Fulfill This Role:

• Education: You are enrolled in a university program, ideally in Business Informatics, Technology Management, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• IT Skills: You are proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.); first experience in SQL queries and Power BI or similar tools is a plus
• Languages: You are fluent in both German and English
• Organized & Detail-oriented: You bring strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Structured & Analytical: You work in a reliable, structured, and analytical way
