Responsibilities:
- Manage Action Items: Track and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
- CDRL Deliveries: Oversee timely and accurate delivery of contractual documents.
- Meeting Minutes: Document meetings to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
- Facilitate Program Meetings / Technical Writing: Lead meetings and produce high-quality documentation.
- Coordinate Travel: Organize travel to support seamless program operations.
- Assist in Managing Schedule and Cost: Support the management of program schedules and budgets to ensure projects stay on track and within financial constraints.
- Aid in Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication and coordination with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- A higher-level degree may substitute for experience
- Related experience may be considered in lieu of required education
- Fundamental MS Office Skills
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Demonstrated ownership of tasks, organization skills and attention to detail
- Possess strong communication and client-facing, teamwork skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Development of proposals to include administrative tasks assigned
- Data entry into PM Systems
- Collaborating with internal Leadership, vendors, suppliers, other stakeholders, and internal teams, such as IPT leads, CAMs, Tech Leads and PA’s to ensure program activities will accomplish objectives
- Conflict resolutions especially those related to resource assignments
- Monitoring project progress against baseline schedule and facilitating process improvement initiatives
- Successful Candidates will demonstrate:
- Agility and responsiveness in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with program execution
- Results driven regardless of the task.

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $94,345.12 - $129,724.54. Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
