📚 About The Role:

As an Early Childhood Educator, you will:

• Create safe, inclusive, and nurturing environments
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs
• Monitor and support children's holistic development
• Build strong, respectful partnerships with families
• Ensure compliance with early childhood regulations and standards

✅ Essential Qualifications:

• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
• Valid Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain)
• First Aid Certificate (including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training)
• Deep understanding of developmental milestones
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and evaluate play-based learning experiences
• Adaptability and problem-solving in dynamic childcare settings
• Familiarity with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
