💰 Hourly Rate: $45.53 – $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Centre Director to lead our service until October 2026 at Busy Bees at Spearwood. In this pivotal leadership role, you will:

• Fixed term contract, Parental Leave cover October 2025 - October 2026
• Long term qualified staff
• A welcoming homely service
• Lead, mentor, and inspire your team of educators to deliver quality outcomes for children
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees policies
• Build strong partnerships with families and the local community
• Manage daily operations, including enrolments, staffing, and budgets
• Drive continuous improvement across all areas of the service
• Foster a positive culture of collaboration, learning, and professional growth

What You’Ll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
• Demonstrated leadership experience within an early childhood service
• Strong understanding of NQF, EYLF, and compliance frameworks
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to oversee financial and operational aspects of a childcare service
• Current WA Working with Children Check (WWCC), First Aid & CPR
