Your Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor end-to-end FCL ocean shipments (import/export, customs, land transportation).
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure smooth shipment flow.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain proactive communication.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Follow SOPs/IOPs and identify process improvements.
- Participate in client calls to support seamless operations.
- Provide a value add to the customers through effective business solutions by having good business knowledge / process understanding.
- Participate in organizing webinars for new customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and presentation skills; not afraid to speak with customers and stakeholders or represent the team.
- Proactive mindset—you bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and think outside the box.
- Passionate, curious, and open to taking on new challenges and projects beyond daily tasks.
- A team player with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in logistics— basic Logistics/supply chain knowledge (fresh graduates welcome).
- Comfortable working with online systems and digital tools.
- Fluent in Hungarian and English; other languages are a plus.
