Job Summary

Application Support to supporting Online store and LEGO.

Job Description

• Provide first and second tier support for Online store and LEGO services.
• Monitor and maintain services. to be stability and ready to use.
• Understand, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, finding the root cause and effectively communicate to MKT users.
• Provide timely response, follow-up and resolution to ensure all support activities are tracked and closed within committed SLA.
• Work collaboratively with user and development team.
• Provide improvement for monitoring system and application proactively.

Knowledge, Skills And Competency :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in IT development or System/Application support
• Knowledge in PL/SQL, Shell script, Angular, JAVA, .NET C#, Unix, Windows and Database
• Good problem solving, analytical, communication and negotiation skills
• Good attitude, curious mindset and willingness to learn
• Can work under service mind and work well under pressure
