What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep projects on track by monitoring timelines, KPIs, and quality metrics
  • Spot risks early, propose smart solutions, and escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal processes
  • Collaborate across departments to turn strategy into real-world execution
  • Support key decisions through proactive communication
  • Help translate big-picture goals into effective, cost-conscious project plans
  • Jump into special projects and bring your unique insight
  • What We Look For
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field
  • 1–4 years’ experience in project management, business analysis, or regulatory QA/QC in the pharma or healthcare space
  • hands-on knowledge of Power BI for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Top-notch communication abilities – both written and verbal
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
