• YOUR ROLE AS A: Senior Executive, Sales

Job Description:

You'll be a leader in driving our sales success in the Bangkok area! As a Senior Executive, Sales, you will strategically manage our sales channels, meet challenging targets, and actively promote a culture of excellence, all while being a key team member.

What You’Ll Champion:

• Strategic Sales & Revenue: Drive sales revenue and meet KPI targets for both individual and team performance.
• Channel Development & Growth: Actively increase offline sales channels (Sky Agent, Corporate, Government) and develop new ones (OTA, GDS). You will also increase sales by building strong relationships with travel agencies and corporate markets in Thailand (outbound).
• Market Insights & Reporting: Prepare weekly and bi-weekly sales reports, including competitor analysis, to ensure and deliver good productivity.
• Inbound Sales Support: Support inbound market sales and activities as required.

Who You Are:

• You bring a minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience. A background in travel agency sales, the airline industry, or tourism is a strong plus.
• You are familiar with analytical tools and data reports, and are proficient in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
• You have a valid driving license and are able to travel for business purposes as required (owning a car is an advantage but not mandatory).
• You hold a Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a background in Business Development, Sales, or Trade Marketing being a plus.
• You possess strong communication skills in both Thai and English, along with excellent negotiation, presentation, and pitching skills.
• You have a basic knowledge of ticket reservation systems, GDS, and Online Travel Agents.
• You have a good working attitude, are a team player, and can work under pressure to find mature solutions to problems.
