The shift to electric fleets is transforming logistics, and Prologis is uniquely positioned to lead this transition. By leveraging our real estate, development expertise, and renewable energy capabilities, we are building a large-scale, turnkey EV charging business to enable clean logistics. The European Prologis Mobility team operates like a dynamic start-up, developing an EV charging network in 12 European countries.
- Your Role: Operations Manager Europe
- As Operation manager, you are responsible for the day-to-day management of our European charging network, ensuring a reliable service and premium customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guarantee smooth customer experience by ensuring uptime of our product and services, by first-class customer communication, and prompt problem solution.
- Lead customer onboardings, incl. account setup, educate on feature activation, charge card provisioning,
- Ensure reliability and high uptime of our European charging network
- Manage service parties responsible for customer care, maintenance and service calls, making sure our strict internal and external SLAs are met.
- Provide in-house, 3rd line support to provide solutions for non-standard customer issues.
- Ensure charging infrastructure is in technical good condition and compliant with regulatory requirements, e.g. through planned maintenance and software/firmware updates.
- Proactive and transparent communication to our customers
- Manage customer and supplier data to facilitate administrative processes like customer billing, reimbursements, and supplier invoice processing.
- Further improve our service quality and operational excellence by initiating process improvements, tooling development, and product innovations.
Your Profile:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in network operations, asset management or infrastructure development, ideally in EV.Strong communicator with customer-centric mindset focused on solving customer pain points.
- Comfortable engaging with customers to solve problems, (re)build trust and strengthen the relationship.
- Self-motivated with ability to multi-task, prioritize and resolve issues with minimal direction
- Positive, innovative, and collaborative attitude, strong ability to communicate across departments and drive to “find a solution that works”
- Fluent in English, with Spanish, Italian, or French considered an advantage.
