You would be part of a top-notch team of energy professionals and work closely with the groups who are developing solar, microgrid, behind the meter storage and other energy solutions.

What’s needed in order to do that:

• Provide energy solutions to the sales- and project management teams with a primary focus on rooftop solar and battery storage systems.
• Success in this role requires knowledge of AC solutions (grid connection), DC solutions (solar, inverter, cabling), ballast plan studies, and PVsyst design.
• Work closely with EPC partners to develop solutions and review technical designs and ensure compliance with Prologis’ specifications and standards
• Manage the design, development, contract phases and on-site execution of projects
• Coordinate all construction related deliverables from project introduction through the construction and commissioning
• Close collaboration with the local real estate team, customers and vendors
• Tendering, negotiating and contracting suppliers for rooftop solar, storage and microgrid together with procurement and project management
• Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, partner ecosystem, and company product differentiation needed to provide turnkey solutions to customers
• An affinity for EV charging and sustainable mobility solutions is a plus.

• Min. 5 years experience in developing rooftop solar and energy solutions.
• Experience and understanding of the energy industry and market trends.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding e.g. PVsyst, Homer Energy and other energy related tools
• Experience managing many tasks concurrently, meeting deadlines and doing what it takes to win deals.
• Leadership ability in a high-performance culture with the ability to build consensus, establish trust, and communicate effectively.
• Interface and develop strong working relationships with various regional internal and external partners
• Able to travel up to 25% of the time.
