Your Tasks?

• As a working student (m/f/x), you are responsible for the correct creation and maintenance of our projects in M365 Finance & Operations.
• You regularly post project hours and keep track of them.
• When performing the monthly variance analyses, you identify the need for action at an early stage.
• You create meaningful reports in Excel and Power BI for management and business partners.
• Creating convincing PowerPoint presentations with clear storylines and appealing layouts for management is one of your strengths.
• You work closely with the Team Lead and colleagues from Finance/Controlling.

Your Profile?

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/x) in the field of business administration, controlling, business informatics or a comparable course of studies and are looking for an exciting working student position starting in the summer semester of 2026.
• You have sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, especially in the area of pivot tables, and ideally also knowledge of Power BI.
• Creating convincing presentations with PowerPoint, including diagrams and storylines, is one of your strengths.
• You impress with your pronounced affinity for numbers and processes as well as your structured, independent and reliable way of working.
• A high level of service and team orientation as well as strong communication skills in German and good English skills are a matter of course for you.
• We focus on modern working with the possibility of home office. However, personal contact is important to us, so we require a willingness to visit our office in Ulm once a week.
