This Global Implementation Manager role is a key part of our Implementation & Change Management community of practice, offering an inspiring environment to learn, engage, and collaborate with peers across Randstad, both locally and globally.

As part of our strategy, Randstad is accelerating its digital capabilities and fostering closer collaboration with our 38 countries through collective leadership. The x-one program, which began with front-office solutions for Sweden and NL, is evolving into r-one, our main front-office platform for all Randstad markets. This platform, built on Salesforce and Bullhorn technology, will be fully synchronized with omnichannel, data, marketing, and IT services solutions. We are seeking internal talent to help us align roadmaps and priorities as the core platform develops, ensuring seamless digital solution rollouts to various markets while integrating with the new platform's design.

your typical day includes

  • As a member of the Global Implementation Team, you will be the primary point of contact for our internal market teams (focusing on product implementation), orchestrating the involvement of subject matter experts from other global teams.
  • During the implementation start-up, you will be instrumental in introducing the implementation strategy, roadmap, and all supporting tools. This includes:
  • You will become an expert and the 'go-to' person for questions related to r-one & m-one functionality, understanding which platform functionalities require local business configurations and creating and maintaining communication materials.
  • You will manage a portfolio of markets, serving as the primary contact for local teams to prepare for implementation. This involves organizing workshops for local market teams during the implementation process and guiding them in making local business configuration choices (e.g., client segmentation).
  • Beyond working closely with our markets, you will also partner with other key stakeholders across Global IT and Randstad Global.
  • Contributing to the creation of the implementation plan.
  • Helping to establish a clear roadmap for the global platform's implementation.
  • Leading the functionality impact assessment for the market.
  • Developing and implementing tools to track and monitor progress on the implementation backlog.

Your Responsibilities Include

  • understand what functionality within the platform needs local business configurations
  • create communication materials and keep them up to date
  • organize workshops for the local market team during implementation process
  • lead the market in making the local business configuration choices (e.g. client segmentation)

Education And Experience

  • Master's degree, preferably in business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in implementation management or project management.
  • Proven experience with and in-depth understanding of agile methodologies.
  • Strong technical understanding of products and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Randstad work processes is a must.
