You will join our plant engineering department based in Pecs, Hungary in the position of:

About The Role:
We’re looking for a Product Support Engineering Group Leader to drive excellence in production and service activities for our cutting-edge audio and lighting equipment. This is a leadership role where you’ll coordinate new product introductions (NPI), manage validations, and ensure smooth operations across manufacturing, testing, and service. You’ll also mentor a team of technicians and engineers, acting as a key liaison between development and production.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate NPI activities, validations, and sample production.
- Transfer product know-how from development to associates and ensure proper training.
- Maintain and optimize tools, machines, and documentation used in production and service.
- Analyze product-specific issues, document solutions, and provide feedback to developers.
- Support and train repair/service technicians, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Track product lifecycle and define manufacturing/service settings.
- Optimize processes, reduce scrap, and develop performance indicators.
- Lead a functional team, prioritize tasks, and balance workloads.
- Collaborate across engineering teams to ensure timely task completion.
- Represent the team in internal and external communications and decision-making
What You Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) or at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with electrical audio, RF, and stage lighting equipment.
- Strong knowledge of analog/digital electronics, acoustics, and mechatronics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, testing, and servicing PCBs and equipment.
- Familiarity with measurement technologies and ATE testing.
- Experience with mixing consoles, sound and lighting systems.
- Confident user of MS Office, SAP, and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, process orientation, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience in electronic design (HW & SW).
- Background in launching new products and process development.
- Certifications in project management or electronics.
- Global collaboration experience.
