职位介绍：

为游客和员工提供一个安全有序的环境，带领消防团队，管理并指导所 有消防相关功能并支持乐园其他业务部门做好消防相关工作。

工作内容：

• 管理消防部门的日常工作以确保营运顺利。

• 领导团队进行突发事件响应及给予适当的引导，以有力地降低风险。

• 促进消防安全文化的建设，为所有演职人员和游客营造一个无火灾的安全环境，并确保遵守适用的消防法规以及公司要求。

• 建立并维护一个高效的消防安全团队，确保团队完成既定任务。创建积极正面的工作环境，设定清晰的期望，提供及时反馈，推进职业发展和继任规划。

• 制定部门预算计划并在预算范围内执行相关工作。

• 监督管理消防安全相关供应商包括但不限于筛选合格的合作伙伴，通过关键绩效指标管理其绩效，确保提供的服务/商品合规，降低风险并维护文档以满足法规和公司要求。

• 与外部主管部门建立良好的交流和合作关系，及时了解政策法规的变化，帮助上级在战略决策中贴合外部监管要求，确保组织行动的合法性与可行性。

• 和内部的各业务线保持良好的合作关系，以确保日常的消防安全处于良好状态。

• 完成上级交代的其他任务。

Job Summary:

Provide a safe and secure environment for guests and cast members, leading Fire Safety team to provide overall management and direction for all Fire Department function and provide support to all resort partners regarding fire protection issues.

What You’Ll Do:

• Manage daily activities associated with Fire Department operations.
• Lead the team to response to emergencies and assume incident command when appropriate to robustly mitigate risk
• Promote a fire safety culture building, foster a fire-free safe work environment for all cast members and guest and ensure compliance of applicable fire regulations and DPEP/SHDR requirements.
• Take ownership in developing and maintaining a highly effective Fire Safety team to ensure that the team accomplishes the assigned tasks. Building strong morale and a positive work environment, set clear expectations, provide timely performance feedback, and facilitate career development and succession planning.
• Develop budget plan of the team and implement work within budget.
• Oversees fire safety-related suppliers by selecting qualified partners, managing their performance via KPIs, ensuring the compliance of services/goods provided, mitigating risks, and maintaining documentation to meet regulatory and company requirements.
• Establish good communication and partnership with external authorities / government bureaus, timely understanding of changes in policies and regulations, assist the leader in making strategic decisions that comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure the legality and feasibility of organizational actions.
• Maintain good cooperative relationships with internal line of businesses to ensure that daily fire safety is in a good state.
• Complete other tasks from the leader.
