The Role

Kyndryl is building a best-in-class Global Market Procurement team. We select individuals with the required experience and knowledge to join our white glove support team.

The role requires leading strategic sourcing initiatives, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring procurement activities align with organizational goals. This role plays a key part in optimizing cost, quality, and delivery performance across the supply chain.

Members of the team will not only learn industry standard source to pay best practice and process, but will apply agile, analytical, and problem resolution techniques to meet the needs and expectations of Kyndryl stakeholders. Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management Investigation/Analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business needs
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms
• Oversee procurement operations from requisition to delivery
• Payment related queries

Who You Are

You’re good at what you do and possess the required experience to prove it. However, equally as important – you have a growth mindset; keen to drive your own personal and professional development. Required Professional And Technical Expertise:

• Fluency in English
• 2 years’ experience in Procurement, Finance or Accounts Payable.
• Experience with S2P management systems and processes (e.g. SAP Ariba, S4 Hanna,)
• Ability to multitask
• Analytical skills
• Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills (English)
• Experience working in a multinational environment
• Bachelor’s Degree or Higher

Preferred Professional And Technical Expertise:

• Over 3 years work experience
• Project management skills
