As a project leader, you will be responsible for the delivery of a Major project, managing a complex consortium-style project delivering complex scopes, including Installation and commissioning activities also will be responsible for the execution of a complex project with the direct responsibility of the annual revenues and contribution margin delivered. In order to execute it he/she coordinates directly several Project Managers and works on priorities assigned by Project Director. Based in customer office with clear focus on growing business by securing additional variation orders and scope, in parallel ensuring all interfaces impacting Baker Hughes are followed in person and protect Baker Hughes from no delay and cost impact. Drive and own timely billing and cash from customer.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• In country follow up with Customer- Critical interfaces, documents impacting BH progress, Cash and Billing approvals, V.O approvals in process.
• Handling close interfaces timely with no schedule or cost impact.
• Managing commercial process in person with customer and get Variation orders closed by working alongside Project commercial manager.
• Driving reporting requirements for the project internally and externally by supporting project director.
• Cost out ownership to support Project director.
• Pulse Addl scope opportunities to grow business. Volume and Business development.
• Own critical risk actions at project level
• Other Contractors impacting Baker Hughes progress eliminate bottlenecks and position Baker Hughes with no impact.
• QMI- Financials alongside Project Director
• Local logistics process overseeing by ensuring customs and clearance compliments with delivery dates
• Oversee 3rd Party Fabrication scope and critical schedule risk packages with direction from Project Director.
• Timeliness of the issues resolution and customer approvals.
• Timeliness and quality of the Project Report
• Financials (Sales, Margin, cash, Past Dues & Productivity) variances.
• Company operating plan and Project Goals
• Customer Satisfaction
• Contractual delivery and Project Cash on Delivery indicators
• Project Warranty costs and Liquidated Damages Exposure;
• Confronting with other functions on strategic issues
• Ensuring team operates in compliance with corporate integrity rules and processes in every aspect.

Fuel Your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have at least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Have a Engineering/Project Management/Customer-facing/Commercial or Operations background
• Have an Oil and gas experience is preferred
• Have a client Facing experience
• Be fluent in English and Turkish
• Have proven negotiation skills
• Have proven ability in developing and implementing strategies to accomplish business goals.
• Be High-energy, Trusted, self-motivated, confident leader willing to take on responsibilities across geographic and business boundaries:
• Have Significant experience in Project Management or Operations.
• Have a strong process, execution and operational skills.
• Able to coach and influence peers.
• Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Able to interact effectively at executive level.
