Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy and execution of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the prioritization, planning, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs across business, technology, and risk.
- Implement change management practices to drive adoption, embed sustainable change, and enhance organizational readiness across all lines of defense.
- Facilitate executive steering committees and provide transparent updates to senior stakeholders, proactively escalating risks and mitigation strategies.
- Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to align initiatives, resolve dependencies, and ensure delivery readiness.
- Apply structured problem-solving to define challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and execute solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to define success metrics, measure outcomes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and growth by mentoring team members and modeling leadership behaviors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, or program/project management within financial services.
- Proven track record of delivering complex transformation programs on time, within budget, and in matrixed environments.
- Expertise in program and project lifecycle management, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in applying structured change management methodologies to drive adoption and sustain change.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, risk management, OCC 2017-43 guidance, and non-financial risk frameworks.
- Ability to translate enterprise strategy into actionable programs aligned with business outcomes and regulatory expectations.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive decisions.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification highly desirable.
