Job Summary
Comcast Advertising is seeking an experienced and dynamic Automotive Account Specialist to join our HQ Auto Sales Development Team. The Account Specialist manages the execution of pre-sale activity and partners on post-sale activity to provide efficient and effective solutions for Comcast Advertising’s automotive clients. The Account Specialist operates like a project manager supporting all three auto tiers, following the lead of the Sales Development Auto Advertising Strategists and Sales to help pull and analyze data, develop and organize presentation materials, and create impactful narratives to drive client business.Job Description
Core Responsibilities
• Proactively partners with Sales Partners and Sales Development's HQ Auto Advertising Strategists to develop strategic proposals by providing key resources, data insights/visualizations, and presentation materials to drive client business (i.e., updating and finalizing client PowerPoint presentations, pulling market level intelligence, integrating industry research)
• Leverages research and data analysis to recommend optimal multi-screen advertising solutions tailored to target audiences, client goals, and available inventory.
• Creates customized pre-sales client facing materials and proposals that effectively position advertising campaigns for strategic automotive accounts.
• Collects and synthesizes market intelligence related to the national and market level automotive landscape, including competitor activity, media spend, and programming trends.
• Generates, tracks and distributes client and brand sales reports to measure sales effectiveness related to strategic accounts.
• Works closely with Sales Partners and Auto Advertising Strategist to nurture client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues with timely follow-up.
• Assists leadership with additional tasks and duties as assigned.
• Provides support and leadership on special projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives.
• Exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling matters of importance and confidentiality.
• Maintains consistent, reliable attendance and is available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required.
