About The Role

You will join our Global Proposals Team, a dedicated group managing pumps, cyclones, and valves proposals worldwide. Working in a truly multinational environment, you’ll collaborate across cultures and contribute to projects that bring unique challenges and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret customer enquiries, RFQs, and project specifications.
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals for pumps, hydrocyclones, and valves.
• Select products and size equipment based on customer requirements.
• Support estimation and cost development activities.
• Maintain and update proposal logs, ISS tools, and cost databases.
• Prepare clear and accurate order handover documentation for contract execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to deliver optimal solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, motivate, and support team members.
• Review and evaluate vendor offers to ensure best-fit solutions.

What You Bring

• 2 - 8 years of experience in proposal management, sales support, or engineering.
• Ability to deliver compliant, professional proposals within deadlines.
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Engineering expertise and/or cost estimation experience is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related field).
