Role Overview:

The Global People Compliance Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the organisations Human Resources practices align with legal and regulatory requirements. They will collaborate with both the HR functions and key stakeholders within risk and audit across the organisation to help identify, assess and mitigate the People risks. This role involves supporting HR stakeholders to develop and implement compliant practices that promote a fair and inclusive work environment.

Please note that this is a full-time permanent role based in our London office. The expectation is to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Global People risk event and issue action management and reporting.
  • Leading on any new risk management system rollouts for HR globally and being key point of contact for those systems.
  • Leading on and gathering project status updates.
  • Quarterly global risk reporting data gathering and analysis.
  • Global HR KPI tracking and reporting.
  • Internal Global People Compliance project coordination.
  • Coordination of Global People Compliance teams actions and coordinating stand ups.
  • Assisting on global internal and external HR audit coordination.
  • Assisting on the preparation of reports and documentation related to HR compliance activities, audit findings, and corrective actions taken.
  • Helping to maintain accurate and organised records of compliance audits, investigations, and related activities.
  • Getting involved in any other projects and activities across the People Compliance team.

Role Requirements:

  • Strong coordination skills. Experience in managing, tracking and chasing actions.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills. Can translate abstract concepts into visual maps, dashboards etc.
  • Compliance, risk and control interest.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Being able to use key Microsoft 365 applications for planning and reporting purposes.
