Job Description

The Data Analytics & Technical Project Sr. Associate will support the Finance Corporate Services teams, including Global Meetings Management, Global Travel & Expense, Global Learning Solutions, Payroll, and Treasury. This role will be responsible for leading and executing cross-functional projects focused on Enterprise and AI platforms, advanced analytics, and technical applications. Reporting to the Data Analytics & Automation Manager, this role ensures initiatives are delivered on time, with precision, and aligned to business needs.

A successful candidate will be self-sufficient, comfortable independently prioritizing and shifting priorities as business needs evolve, and confident in managing stakeholders at all levels. They will demonstrate strong critical thinking skills and problem solving skills, to ensure projects and initiatives are executed correctly the first time. This role requires strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks, large language models (LLMs), and Agile methodologies, combined with core data analytics and automation responsibilities with a focus on process improvement. The individual will govern Corporate Service AI applications and platforms, oversee technical integrations, and drive adoption across the teams while maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and governance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute Corporate Services AI, automation, and analytics projects from inception through delivery, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality expectations are met.
  • Apply Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) to manage prioritization, sprint planning, and cross-functional project delivery.
  • Manage and maintain Corporate Services AI applications and automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow intake/self-service tools, LLM-based tools, Power Platform), identifying opportunities for AI-driven process enhancements.
  • Oversee governance of Corporate Services AI applications to ensure compliance with enterprise data policies, ethical AI standards, and IT requirements.
  • Partner with DTI and product teams to align on system integration, enforce data governance, and maintain standardized connectivity across platforms.
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, predictive models, and reporting pipelines using Tableau, Power BI, Python, SQL, and other analytics tools.
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze data from multiple systems and warehouses to generate actionable insights for Corporate Services leadership.
  • Apply advanced analytics and AI techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, classification, LLM-based methods) to uncover trends, inform decisions, and improve business performance.
  • Provide recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and executive-level insights that enable performance tracking and operational efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between Corporate Services and technical teams, translating business needs into executable AI and analytics solutions.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels without direct authority by delivering clear insights, structured recommendations, and data-backed decisions.
  • Stay current on emerging AI technologies and frameworks to proactively recommend innovations that enhance Corporate Services operations.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or &

2 years in data analytics, project management, automation, or business intelligence

Or

Associate’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field & 4 years of relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in project management, with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives using Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), prioritize competing demands, and deliver results on time.
  • Proven expertise in data analytics, including data visualization, dashboard creation, and storytelling using tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python (with exposure to R, JSON, or other scripting languages), including experience with relational databases, big data models, and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven analytics, large language models (LLMs), and AI frameworks to enhance data insights and automation capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with automation platforms and workflows such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Query, Power Apps, SharePoint), ServiceNow, and emerging tools (e.g., UiPath), with the ability to design and implement solutions independently.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Concur, or cloud-based AI/analytics ecosystems.
  • Proficiency in statistical techniques and advanced analytics (e.g., regression, clustering, classification) with the ability to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise data governance principles, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and compliance across reporting and AI/automation systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to critically think, problem-solve, and manage projects independently while influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to leadership and coordinate cross-functional needs.
  • High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and execute deliverables correctly the first time.
