Are You Someone Who Can:
- Conduct regular and ad-hoc compliance reviews across various departments to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare detailed review reports, highlighting areas of non-compliance and recommending corrective actions and provide regular reports on delivery of services against agreed service level agreements and in terms of overall stakeholders’ targets.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, reviews, and investigations.
- Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Build working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration, and innovation.
- Creates solutions to meet stakeholders demands to deliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standards. Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analyzing trends and data.
You will be an ideal candidate if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in law, audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in compliance will be an advantage
- (3 – 5 Years experience in a similar environment, with 1 – 2 years at junior management level.
- Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
