What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Coordinator at Johnson Controls, you will be the central point of contact for managing customer orders and ensuring seamless communication across departments. Your role will be vital in delivering a smooth customer experience by coordinating order processing, logistics, and after-sales support.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Reviewing and archiving customer order documents
- Creating and tracking orders in the iScala system
- Coordinating with intercompany sources to place factory orders via SAP/iScala
- Organizing material shipments in collaboration with logistics teams
- Checking foreign trade documents and monitoring transportation operations
- Managing warehouse entries and confirming delivery notifications
- Obtaining and distributing factory invoices to relevant departments
- Overseeing invoicing and stock deduction processes
- Preparing and sharing weekly order tracking reports
- Handling return orders, RMA processes, and Credit Note follow-ups
- Managing customer complaints related to defective products and arranging international shipments
- Entering monthly project reestimation requests into the system
How You Will Do
- Work closely with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and customer service to ensure end-to-end order fulfillment
- Use ERP systems (iScala, SAP) to manage workflows and maintain data accuracy
- Communicate effectively with international suppliers and partners to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries
- Maintain organized records and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Apply a proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service challenges
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Logistics, or Foreign Trade)
Advanced English Proficiency
- Experience with ERP systems (preferably iScala, SAP)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented with a customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally (domestic/international)
