Pay Range
$30.15 - $45.25This postdoctoral position will be responsible of leading an R01-funded project that aims to develop machine learning based methods using genomics and other high-dimensional biomedical data (e.g. neuroimaging) to characterize personalized risk of dementia at the early stage of Alzheimer’s Disease. The research topic/project includes:
Biological/Genomic Language Model as foundational models for efficient sequence data embedding
Deep-learning-based explainable polygenic risk estimation for Alzheimer's Disease and related dementia
Ai-Based Functional Genomics
Neuroimaging-genomics multi--modal deep learning
Other Job Duties Include:
Establishes database management system.
Produces abstracts and manuscripts for publication and presentation at scientific meetings.
Assists with the preparation of grant applications
Coordinates with other researchers
