The Company

Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.

We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Meet The Team:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Logistics Analyst to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and supporting logistics operations to ensure cost efficiency, service quality, and compliance across global freight and distribution flows. This role will play a key part in enabling data-driven decision-making, supporting operational excellence, and driving continuous improvement in our logistics network

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in collecting, analysing, and organising logistics data (freight cost, transit time, inventory movement, OTD/OTIF, documentation accuracy, damage-free rates) to support performance reviews for inbound, outbound, and international shipments.
  • Maintain simple scorecards, dashboards, and weekly/monthly reports; highlight basic trends and variances for the team’s follow-up.
  • Track carrier/forwarder KPIs (e.g., OTD, OTIF, lead time, freight cost per unit, customs clearance time) and prepare summaries for senior review.
  • Support freight procurement by compiling benchmark data, comparing bids, checking invoices against agreed rates, and updating rate files.
  • Provide basic insights on shipment mode usage and cost drivers; help with scenario worksheets under guidance.
  • Coordinate with 3PLs, forwarders, and warehouse teams to follow up on issues (e.g., delays, documents, dock scheduling) and escalate per SOP.
  • Help ensure documentation accuracy and adherence to customs, bonded/LMW procedures, international trade rules, and internal policies (with supervision).
  • Contribute to logistics and supply chain projects by preparing data extracts, cleaning datasets, and producing status reports.
  • Identify simple process gaps (e.g., repeated paperwork errors, missed scans) and suggest practical fixes or cost-saving ideas to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain analysis, project management, industrial engineering, or freight management (manufacturing/medical device industry experience is an advantage).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, cost modeling)
  • Basic understanding of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs paperwork, and bonded/LMW concepts is an advantage.
  • Experience working with ERP / WMS / TMS systems is a plus.
  • Clear written and verbal communication; able to collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to work independently as well as in cross-functional teams.
