Meet The Team:

Welcome to Dexcom EMEA Technical/Product Support Department – a vibrant, multicultural and multilingual team of over 270 professionals (and growing!), representing 37 nationalities and using 14 different languages daily in conversations with our customers or, to be more precise, our patients (as we call them internally).

We are the biggest team in Dexcom Lithuania currently, which is playing a pivotal role in dealing with the issues our patients face with their Dexcom products. We are a customer-driven, collaborative and spirited group that thrives on creativity and results. As a team, we have a direct impact on people’s lives as we do help them make the best of their Dexcom products.

Where You Come In:

  • You will be the key contact person for our relationship with the external staffing agencies, based in other EU countries: you will work closely with them on recruitment targets, HR-related queries, vacation trackers, timesheets, payroll calculations, as well as invoices, contract renewals/updates, etc.;
  • You will support Dexcom EMEA Technical Support teams with any questions related to specific country labour laws and contractual agreements our contractors have with them, and will make sure that our internal processes align with them too;
  • You will support the recruitment of both contractors and, as needed, the direct employees (although our internal Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring our direct employees in Vilnius), making sure that the process is aligned across our internal teams. You will seek improvements relating to the candidate experience, alignment within the internal teams;  
  • You will take a lead on the projects relating to people agenda and full employee lifecycle within our EMEA technical Support team, including but not limited to attraction, recruitment, onboarding, retention and engagement, performance and development, reward and recognition, offboarding, attrition;
  • You will be a part of the Technical Support EMEA leadership team and will work closely with other managers to achieve our department’s goals, with the biggest focus on the people perspective;
  • You will work closely with other internal Dexcom teams – HR, Talent Acquisition, Site Leadership, Workforce Management, Inside Sales, IT etc. - to support the department’s as well as overall company’s growth, long-term goals and its needs.

What Makes You Successful:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in successfully leading the recruitment or HR processes (experience in international companies is a plus);
  • You have a successful track record in managing internal and external stakeholders as well as excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English;
  • You can manage processes, willing to take a lead on projects and to work on constant improvements;
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations relating to HR, staffing and recruitment in Lithuania as well as the EU is a plus.

​Experience And Education Requirements:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree HR, Business Administration or a relevant field and a least 3 years of experience in successfully leading the recruitment or HR processes.

Flex Workplace:

  • Your primary location will be an office, based in Vilnius. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site.

Monthly base salary for this position is from €4,582.92 to €5,661.25 gross. Final offer will depend on your qualifications, competencies, and professional experience.
