This opportunity is ideal for individuals interested in contributing to our team as a Technology Upgrades and Investments Project Coordinator intern within State Street’s Global Technology Services organization. What You Will Do:
In this role, you will perform the following day-to-day activities:
- Support the PMO in maintaining project governance frameworks, templates, and documentation standards
- Assist in tracking project status, milestones, and deliverables across the portfolio, ensuring timely updates to dashboards and reporting tools
- Coordinate the collection and consolidation of project data for executive reporting, risk reviews, etc.
- Help prepare materials for steering committee meetings, including status summaries, issue logs, and decision trackers
- Monitor compliance with project management processes and escalate deviations to PMO leadership

Education And Preferred Qualifications:
Candidates Should Be:
- Final-year undergraduate or graduate students pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Management with a Project focus, or related technical disciplines who are interested in converting to a full-time role post-graduation
- Enthusiastic about building a long-term career in a dynamic, technology-driven organization
- Effective communicators with the ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning and improvement
- Motivated by real-world problem solving and eager to contribute innovative ideas

Salary Range:
$41,600 - $65,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
