Job Description:
We are looking for DACH Financial Analyst to join our team!
The individual will be required to:
- Provide finance support to Central Country Managing Director & Managers
- Support GTM and RTM business leaders
- Lead MEC & Flash processes
- Be subject matter expert for HIT Product financial and Order Management processes
- Support and drive new ways how to analyze Business performance
- Maintain strong linkage to Other Finance teams in EMEA (pricing, contra, opex..) & WW (category, FPnA)
- Foster clear communication among Business and Finance community
- Maintain and develop RTM / Customer Segment reporting
- Analyze Daily Load position and performance
Ensures strong linkages and collaboration primarily with:
- CENTRAL and country business leaders
- Local Business teams
- Other CENTRAL Finance teams
- EMEA MOBO FP&A
- Contra Revenue and Channel Finance teams
- WW HIT Category Finance
- COE HIT&EDGE Finance
- Controllership
Requirements For This Role:
- 3+ years of experience & Master degree in Business Administration / Finance.
- Business Finance experience
- Strong knowledge of the full P&L parameters & understanding of accounting principles
- Strong Analytical skills, proactive and self-driven, able to question and to build a solid understanding of financial trends on a daily and monthly basis.
- Excellent Communication skills, capacity to build executive summary of complex financial information
- Strong Presentation skills, able to use Excel and Power-point in the best way to build crisp and to-the-point messages.
- Fluency in English; German language will be an asset
