What You Will Do:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our Group Business Sales Team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to develop group insurance business through tied agents.
Your Day-To-Day:
- Sales Support: Assist tied agency in understanding and promoting NN Hellas’ group insurance products.
- Training & Development: Provide training and support to agents to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Liaison Role: Act as the main point of contact between agents and NN Hellas’ operational departments.
- Operational Support: Facilitate daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate communication and resolution of issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance industry at sales section or similar role.
- Very good command of the English language
- Very good knowledge in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
