AP Payments Team Member

Thales Business Support Services (TBSS) acts as a Shared Service Center for Thales Group by serving a number of countries for various key tasks associated to finance and accounting processes

Currently, we are looking for AP Payments Team Member to join our team!

Responsibilities:

Electronic payment processing via BACs of third party and/or Intercompany invoices within strict deadlines in multi-operator Thales companies

Instigate / resolve invoice queries

Maintain prepayments and debit balances at an acceptable level

Monthly closing reports and routines with strict deadlines

Ad-hoc Payables related tasks - as and when required

About You:

• Graduated in Accounting, Management, Economics (or in a similar area)
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience of working for a large and complex organisation - Shared Service Centre environment (preferable)
• Good knowledge of P2P processes acquired in an international company (preferable)
• Good knowledge of English
