Your Role

As a Sales Consultant in Spirits, you’ll focus on helping distilleries, brand owners, and producers bring their vision to life through exceptional packaging. You will:

• Develop new business opportunities with both established brands and craft distilleries.
• Act as a trusted partner—consulting on packaging design, functionality, and market trends to help customers stand out.
• Collaborate with our design and engineering teams to deliver innovative, value-added solutions.
• Guide customers from initial concept through final product delivery, ensuring an unmatched experience.
• Build long-term relationships that fuel growth—for your customers, and for your own career.

Your Background & Experience

• Proven success in sales, preferably within the spirits, beverage, or CPG industry
• Passion for the spirits market, with an understanding of trends, consumer preferences, and brand differentiation
• Strong business development skills and a sense of urgency to achieve results
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills
• Experience using CRM tools to run accounts and pipeline
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
