Core Responsibilities

• Act as the Finance Business Partner of Italy Business Unit to support the BU in improving topline and bottom-line performance.
• Finance representative and key member of Italy Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with key contributors to drive informed decision-making as well as develop, review and submit financial estimates and plans.
• Ensure timely communication of financial budgets and results to relevant parties, pointing potential risks and opportunities and implementing actionable solutions.
• Provide financial mentorship to support a dedicated area, including 3rd party retailers as well as the LEGO Certified Stores (Franchise) Partner.
• Drive strategic finance and business planning efforts.
• Be responsible for financial aspects of investment projects from inception through execution to post-investment analysis.
• Lead financial oversight and planning processes, including routine previous, periodic estimates and annual plans.
• Drive efficiency and effectiveness in dedicated area.
• Ensure good governance of spending of funds.
• Collaborate and give to the Western Europe Finance Team (FBP's in other BUs).
• Work independently, recognized subject matter expert, able to coach others, tasks are independently identified and defined.
• Interact directly with senior management, independently handling conflicts in negotiation.
• May manage large projects or processes independently.
• Strong end-to end business understanding.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• Strong academic qualifications. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in fields related to Finance.
• Over 8 years of professional background in Finance-related fields.
• Proficient in data analysis and analytics, with a history of effectively using data to guide trade-off conversations with senior business executives.

• Financial Collaboration Experience.

• Significant experience in Finance related areas.
• Strong data & analytics skill with a consistent record of leveraging data to steer trade-off discussions with senior business leaders.
